TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules of the rack.

What you agree to when you use TITPAD: your wallet, your launches, the fees, the bonfire and payday, and what TITPAD does and does not promise.

1. Your use of the service

By using TITPAD, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter this agreement and use the service in compliance with the laws that apply to you, and you must be an adult where you live.

TITPAD provides an interface to discover, create and trade blockchain tokens paired with Big Titty Coin ($BTC). Listings, charts, descriptions, counters and rewards are information about a token, not an endorsement or a promise of value. TITPAD does not provide personalized investment, legal or tax advice.

2. Accounts and wallet authority

You are responsible for your credentials, wallet security and the actions you authorize. Only connect or use wallets you are entitled to control. Review messages and transactions before signing, including their recipient, amount, fees and permissions.

Sign-in uses your connected wallet and creates a passwordless account when needed. TITPAD does not generate a personal wallet for you and never asks for its private key or seed phrase. A verified wallet signature signs you in without a password or authenticator code; the owner’s legacy password path uses its applicable security checks, including two-factor authentication where enabled. Protecting a TITPAD session does not make a compromised wallet safe.

TITPAD operates separate service wallets: a launch wallet made for each coin, each coin’s rewards wallet and the protocol treasury. TITPAD controls those operational keys and uses them to carry out the coin’s configured actions; they are separate from your connected wallet.

3. Launches, trading and fees

You authorize the actions described in the review you approve. Fees can include Pump.fun’s or Meteora’s charges, the coin’s creator fee and its shares, route-provider charges on swaps, creation and storage costs, and Solana network fees or rent. See Fees for the current structure. A particular launch’s confirmed configuration and reviewed terms determine its charges.

One pair, one reward mode. Every coin launched on TITPAD is paired with $BTC and uses the holder-rewards mode. There is no creator-fee mode and no creator payout; a coin’s fee share is paid to its holders in $BTC following the schedule in the docs. Eligibility, minimums, network costs and available funds apply; rewards are not guaranteed.

Pump.fun coins. When you launch on Pump.fun through TITPAD, you fund the launch with one transaction from your wallet to a TITPAD launch wallet created only for that coin: SOL for the launch costs, the reserve and the reviewed dev buy. You authorize TITPAD to use those funds to buy $BTC, to create the coin on Pump.fun from that wallet on the $BTC pair, to set the coin’s native creator-fee sharing to the coin’s rewards wallet (90%) and the TITPAD treasury (10%) and revoke the sharing admin in the same transaction, to buy your dev-buy tokens for no more than the reviewed maximum and deliver them to your funding wallet, and to fund the rewards wallet with the reviewed operating reserve. TITPAD refunds the unused part of the launch-cost budget and any unused $BTC to your funding wallet, and refunds the funding if the coin cannot be created. Network fees, rent and the price movement of swaps already made are not refundable. The pair, the creator fee (1%, within the limit Pump.fun publishes for the pair) and the fee-sharing recipients are permanent once the coin is created. Pump.fun’s own fees, curve, graduation rules and terms apply to the coin and its trading; TITPAD does not operate Pump.fun or PumpSwap and does not route trades on them. You authorize TITPAD to sell a small part of a holder-reward share for the token accounts new recipients need and the payout’s network fees, at market prices within the reviewed limits. $BTC is a Pump.fun coin issued by a third party; TITPAD does not control its issuer, Pump.fun or its price.

Meteora coins. When you launch on Meteora through TITPAD, the coin is a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve on the $BTC pair with the starting market cap you choose ($4k or $20k) and a graduation near $50k at the reviewed $BTC price reference, migrating into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool whose initial liquidity is permanently locked: 67% in the treasury’s fee position and 33% in the holders’ fee position. The pool charges a fixed 1.88% trading fee: 20% to Meteora, then 67% of the rest to the TITPAD treasury and 33% to the coin’s holders. Reference valuations do not guarantee a fixed USD market price; $BTC’s price, rounding and trading affect displayed and resulting pool values. The first buy is paid from your wallet in $BTC. Meteora’s own fees, migration charge and terms apply. The configuration is written on chain at launch and cannot be changed afterwards by you or by TITPAD.

Trading. Token-page trades accept your chosen slippage from 0% to 100%. A higher setting permits a worse execution price; at 100% the minimum output is zero. Quotes expire and prices can change. Orders can fail, be delayed, partially complete across multiple transactions, or become temporarily unresolved. Successful blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by TITPAD. Costs already paid to a network or storage provider may remain payable even when the overall launch or trade does not finish.

4. The bonfire and payday

TITPAD allocates every unit of protocol revenue it verifies in $BTC as described in the docs: 50% is burned as $BTC, 25% is used to buy $TITPAD and burn it (accruing as $BTC until the $TITPAD token exists), and 25% is paid out daily to the top 50 holders of $BTC and the top 50 holders of $TITPAD by balance at a finalized snapshot, half each, pro-rata within each list, in $BTC. Revenue received in SOL keeps a gas float and buys $BTC with the rest. Creator and holder-reward balances, locked liquidity principal and pass-through costs are excluded.

Verification, burns, swaps and airdrops are separate transactions; each waits for a minimum amount and depends on funding, available routes, network limits and the service running. Program-owned accounts, the treasury wallet and wallets the operator excludes (launch and pool wallets) never receive a payday share; a share below the minimum stays in the pot; a batch that fails after its last attempt is skipped for that day. The top-50 lists are read fresh each day. None of this is a deposit, an investment, a dividend or a promise of any amount, timing, price or return, and TITPAD may pause the treasury, change its minimums or stop a step to protect the service.

5. Names, pictures and conduct

You must have the rights needed to submit names, images, descriptions, links and profile content. You retain your rights in that content and permit TITPAD to store, resize, publish and display it as needed to operate the service, including public token metadata.

Names. Coin names are yours to choose; TITPAD offers a generator but does not vet names. A ticker that matches a real asset is a joke on the name, not a claim about, an affiliation with or an endorsement by that asset or its issuer, and you may not present it as one. Names that carry slurs, hate, a real person, a minor or another party’s brand are refused and may be hidden if they slip through.

Pictures. A picture you upload, and a picture TITPAD draws for you, must pass the same check: a drawing rather than a photograph or a photorealistic likeness, every person unmistakably an adult, no nudity or sexual content, no real person, celebrity or brand, no hate symbols, gore or drugs. A drawn picture is an original fictional character made by a hosted image model from TITPAD’s fixed prompt; you may use it for your coin and you accept that TITPAD or the model provider may fail to draw a picture, that a failed attempt is not stored, and that a similar picture may be drawn for another coin. You warrant that any picture you upload is your own original work or one you hold the rights to, and that it depicts no real person.

Conduct. Do not use TITPAD for fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, illegal activity, exploitation, harassment, privacy violations, malicious code, or attempts to bypass security. Innuendo is the theme; pornographic or sexually exploitative launches and profile content are prohibited, and anything involving minors is prohibited absolutely. Do not publish another person’s private information or infringe intellectual-property rights. TITPAD may hide content, restrict a wallet or account, or suspend access to investigate abuse, enforce these terms or protect the service. Removing something from the interface does not remove it from Solana, permanent storage or third-party copies.

6. Tokens and financial risk

Token prices can rise or fall, including to zero. $BTC is a meme coin with no issuer promise behind it, and every TITPAD coin is priced in it: a move in $BTC moves every coin on the rack. Trading and rewards depend on available liquidity, market activity and the services involved. A liquidity lock keeps the locked position in the pool; it does not guarantee the token’s price or performance. Smart-contract, issuer and service risks apply. You are responsible for checking eligibility, restrictions and any tax or reporting obligations where you live.

7. Availability and third parties

TITPAD depends on Solana, wallet software, RPC and routing providers, Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Meteora, DexScreener, the model provider behind the picture generator, token issuers and storage services. Their separate terms and technical limits may apply, and their operation and data are outside TITPAD’s complete control. The service may be changed, paused or unavailable. Automated rewards, fee collection, burns and airdrops depend on the relevant services being enabled, sufficient funding and confirmed transaction state. Market values can be stale, incomplete or inaccurate.

8. Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, profitability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Updates to these terms will be published here with an effective date; review them before continuing to use the service. Changes to website terms do not rewrite transactions already confirmed on chain.

9. Contact

TITPAD’s official contact channel is TITPAD on X. Ask for a private support channel before sharing personal information. Never send a wallet private key, seed phrase, password or recovery code.
