The bonfire
Half of every fee TITPAD earns is burned as $BTC, on the spot. Another quarter buys $TITPAD and burns that too. Nothing to claim, nothing to vote on. It just burns.

Fees reach the treasury in $BTC: the platform share of every coin’s trading fees and the partner fees of the $20k-start pools. Creation fees arrive in SOL, keep a small gas float and buy $BTC with the rest, then follow the same split.

How it works
- Every trade pays a fee. On a TITPAD coin, 1% of every trade goes to the coin’s holders in $BTC and a slice of that stream reaches the treasury.
- The treasury splits it the moment it lands. Half to the bonfire, a quarter to the $TITPAD buyback, a quarter to payday. Exact to the unit, with a carry so nothing rounds away.
- It burns on-chain. Each burn is one transaction that reduces the $BTC supply. No multisig, no manual step, no way to un-burn it.
